Are you easily triggered into anger?

Do you frequently feel taken advantage of? Unseen? Frustrated?

Do you find yourself feeling passive aggressive or abandoned?

Come breathe and connect with this week's theme of anger to learn more about how it impacts our relationship to ourselves and others.

Breathwork is a 2-part breath serving as an active meditation that helps bring attention to the physical, emotional and spiritual experiences living in our bodies. Breathwork is a powerful way to connect to our innate wisdom, serving as a source of self- healing. Breathwork puts us in touch with energetic blocks in the forms of emotions, pain, memories, and is a transcendental experience. Through the process of the breath, we have the opportunity to release emotional blocks and peel back the layers that keep us from our fullest expression of self. Afterwards we feel more open, more gratitude, and less burdened.

After Breathwork, we will take time to find stillness, integrate, and reach a profound level of peace and inner quiet.

I am really excited to be leading a breathwork class at Breathing Space Studio. A little about me- I am a breathwork facilitator, psychotherapist, and reiki master living in Brooklyn, NY with my cat Ladybird. I was first turned onto breathwork about 4 years ago, where it revolutionized my self-care practice. Walking in the door to the room that day, I thought I had exhausted all of my options to feel better. I left knowing there was hope for me to live the life I'd always wanted- bright, vibrant, excited... and if there's anything we all need- it's hope. As a breathwork facilitator, I always strive to create grounded, trauma-informed, and therapeutic classes that will help you go deeper, release more, and walk out the door feeling that same sense of hope that motivated me to learn this powerful modality. Breathwork is a radical, transpersonal, and loving active meditation experience that has the power to change the world.

Come change the world with me?
